Prices & quotes
How much do stone worktops cost?
Most stone worktops cost around £250–£600 per m² supplied and fitted, roughly £1,400–£2,800 for a typical 5–6 m² kitchen. Granite and plain quartz are at the lower end; marble, quartzite and premium veined quartz at the top. See our worktop cost guide.
What's included in your quote?
Templating, CNC cutting in our Sheffield workshop, standard sink and hob cut-outs, a polished edge, delivery and installation by our own fitters, as one price.
How do I get a quote?
The quickest way is a photo of your kitchen and rough measurements on WhatsApp (07775 766 477). You can also call 0114 278 8525 or use our quote form. We'll give a ballpark, then a fixed price once we've templated.
Do you supply and fit, or just supply?
We supply and fit. We template, fabricate in our own Sheffield workshop, and install with our own fitters. Fitting is included in your quote.
Fitting & lead times
How long does installation take?
Fitting usually takes a day or two on site. We normally fit within about two weeks of templating.
When should you template?
Once your base units are fitted, level and fixed, and you've chosen your sink, tap and hob, so we can cut the openings exactly.
Do you cover my area?
We fit nationwide from Sheffield, including South Yorkshire, the East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and London. See our areas page, or just call and ask.
Can you alter or repair existing worktops?
Yes. We offer worktop alterations and repairs alongside new installations. Send us a photo and we'll tell you what's possible.
Choosing a material
What's the difference between quartz and granite?
Quartz is engineered and non-porous, so it never needs sealing. Granite is 100% natural stone with unique slabs and high heat resistance. Our quartz vs granite guide compares them.
Should I choose 20mm or 30mm?
Both are strong enough when properly supported. 20mm looks slimmer and is usually cheaper; 30mm looks more substantial. See 20mm vs 30mm worktops.
Which worktops need sealing?
Granite, marble and quartzite are natural stones and need occasional sealing. Quartz and Dekton never do.
Can I put hot pans on my worktop?
Granite, quartzite and Dekton handle heat very well. Quartz can be marked by a pan straight off the hob, so use a trivet.
Do you sell laminate worktops?
No. We work only in stone: quartz, granite, marble, quartzite and Dekton.
Can I see what a worktop will look like first?
Yes. Try a selection of stones in our 3D worktop visualiser, then send us the look you like.
Offcuts
Do you have worktop offcuts?
Yes. The stone itself is free; we charge only for cutting and polishing it to the size you need. See our offcuts page.
